Why do we have word verifications on your blogs? Do you think that you need them?
I know that I am commenting on a comment and not to the post. I also know that this drives you crazy. However, since I can't see your post here at work, I can only respond to Meth's comment. I will view your post at home and respond to it then. Don't be mad. :)
The women were sad because they are not sure what kind of man BO is. Jeremiah Wright says that BO is saying what he has to say as a politician. Is BO a mad man in sheep clothing? His pastor said crazy things, so I think that BO must be crazy too. I am not sure, should I vote for Hill? At least she was dodging snipper fire in Bosnia while she was brokering giant peace keeping deals on behalf of the US.
My dad says dumb things all the time about certain groups of people. Should I be thrown into the same mud pit as him because he is my dad? You can't control people. Many say stupid things all of the time. Do you cut ties with everyone who does? Wake up America! Let's focus on the man with a vision, and not the people that he has known to say stupid things.
By the way the video was great Dan. Your group is really making positive waves up there. You had a huge part in that. Don't forget that.
T-Clog: you said beautifully in your 2nd paragraph what B.O. said in his fairly recent, historic speech on race relations. You exposed the elephant in the room. The statesman has my vote.
(whose dad doesn't say things that would be an HR Generalist's nightmare?)
Really nice promotional video, and the music is eerily funky. Although I'm not a fan of Robert Rodriquez the director, your multiple skills remind me of him: writing, directing, composing the music to his movies, etc.
Actually, though - the only directing I ever did was a group of grade school girls in a summer workshop during high school.
I also have rarely used my various "skills" in conjunction with each other, though I've long dreamt of writing, scoring, and performing in a musical - theatre or film.

Nice.
Funny though, in this time of heightened political activity, this almost looks like a campaign ad.
I kept waiting for the voice over to say, "Why does Senator Obama make these women sad? Is it because he doesn't love his country?"
(for what it's worth, are they amping up the word verification? the first one I got on this one was completely illegible)

Stephen, thanks for the compliment.
