For me, nothing too special. Hopefully, I won't miss out on too much excitement, as I work to put one or the other of my daughters to bed. Should be free to glue myself to PBS by eight or so.
Shortly thereafter, partying with Sharon, hopefully. I have a super-special 1L bottle of beer (I don't even remember what at this point - isn't that funny?) I just asked Sharon to throw in the fridge. We'll drink some beer. I may call Mixx around 9-ish CST.
Tomorrow? I'd debated coming in at all. I think I will, but somewhat leisurely, I think. There's likely to be a festive mood in North Minneapolis on the morrow.
Of course, if the 1.1% chance of the unthinkable comes to pass tonight, all bets are off. Though the beer consumption may even be greater.

My school just came over the intercom with our school wide vote totals.
The results were Obama with 83% of the votes.
Good men and true.
no partying for me - on the eve of the completion of a huge report over my teaching experience this semester - after tomorrow...a nice slide into the holidays...
Bummer! Except for the nice slide into the holidays. We'll have beers for you.
oh I still will have a beer - 1 dirty Helen left from the Mixdorf visit - and I'll certainly be keeping my eye on the news
Nice job CF Bat.
Good luck MT.
Geronimo. I've got bball tonight, so I'll have a lull of coverage between about 7 and 9:30.
Much will be known by that point.
I've had a few beers and have been hanging out with friends this afternoon. I do have to go into work tomorrow. I hope it's a happy day tomorrow.
Jonah and Emily's schools had McCain winning solidly. Look at the demographics for both areas.
Whoops... I meant to ask, what do you think of rep. Bachman's re-election in the 6th district?
What do I think....
#1: Bachman's district is stacked against Democrats, big time. Rich evangelicals to the East, then stretching up through white trash country in Blaine and up to St. Cloud. Tom DeLay could not have gerrymandered a more solidly Republican district in Minnesota, had he tried.
#2: I'm not in it. My district voted a Muslim back in by 71%.
#3. It's an embarassment. Almost on par with Ted Stevens being about to become the first convicted felon to win a re-election bid for the US Senate, in AK.
I wonder if Tinkleberg had been more on the radar earlier if things had gone differently? He didn't really have much of a chance until Bachmann revealed her true self, and that was perhaps too little too late.
Next time...
Luckily, she'll have no power, and no president she can suck up to.
Harpy.
Just curious. Her campaign along with Al Franken are getting a lot of national press, and so I just wanted to check with the local embed.
